We encourage all our patients to feedback on their experience with us. You will be provided with a patient satisfaction form, which we hope you will complete to help us improve.
If you would like to share further feedback, we welcome comments and suggestions by emailing the private patients team.
If you think we haven’t got something right, we would much rather you spoke to us as soon as you can so that our team can put things right there and then. Contact your local private patient team, who will liaise with relevant people on your behalf, but usually the ward sister is a good place to start.
We aim for a 100% satisfaction but if for any reason you feel you would like to complain about our services, please email the private patients team. We will escalate your concerns to the right person.
